Ordering & Shipping

UPDATE!!! If you HAVE NOT received a reply from me for a order, that means I NEVER RECEIVED YOUR EMAIL! Our server has a new spam filter and many people have been filtered. If you have a yahoo, aol, hotmail or gmail address and I have not responded to you, then your mail was filtered as spam. Please email me again using either another address or remove any pics, signatures or html links that the filter might flag as spam.

Each one of my designs is a unique, one of a kind, custom piece, made specifically for you. I use materials such as veiling, silk flowers, satin ribbon and cording to plastic lacing, tubing, electronic components to vintage trims and jewelry. I gather my material from sources online, locally and internationally. I go to great lengths to find wonderful materials to use in my pieces.

I accept the following forms of payment:

Paypal
Money orders-please email me first.
International money orders-please email me first.

When ordering please give me the following information:

The design name
What colors, pattern or materials you would like in your piece.
Your shipping address.
If this is a gift.
And how you will be paying for the item.

I ship twice a week, so depending on the completion of your order, it may not go out until the next shipping day. Unless of course it is a rush order. I will ship on Mondays and Saturdays only. I will send your a shipping quote when I reply to your inquiry. In some cases I will not be able to immediately send you a shipping quote because the piece has not been created. Once it is created I will immediately send you a shipping quote.

I will give you the following options for shipping:

First Class USPS
Priority USPS
Rush-UPS & FEDEX 2nd day air
International shipping-Airmail and Global Priority.
CAUTION: In some countries I cannot ship global priority even if you can ship to the US.
